We want every person who contacts Oktka Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand that Oktka Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
